• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — though the Cash Out option may be used before the official kick-off or toss.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the moment a live bet is placed are final. If odds change due to server delay, the bet may be accepted at the updated odds.
• Match Cancellation or Postponement: If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your stake returned. If the match is rescheduled, the result on the new date will apply.

• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit is set for each event and market. Bets that exceed this limit may not be accepted.

• Bots & Automation: The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with members across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Multiple members of the same household, or repeated bonus claims from the same device, are strictly prohibited.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• False Identity: Operating an account using a fake name, age, or identity is prohibited.

399be reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violations. Members may also close or temporarily suspend their own accounts at any time.

• Self-Exclusion: You can self-suspend your account for a break lasting anywhere from 7 days to 6 months. Contact the support team to activate this option.
• Permanent Closure: To permanently close your account, submit a request via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method (excluding any bonus balance).
• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• Inactive Account: An account will be marked inactive after 12 months of no activity. A monthly administrative fee may be deducted in such cases.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
